This Patient is Not Very Patient

Right now, I am doing more waiting — waiting for another biopsy on August 1. After a routine CT scan, I found out one of the nodules I have on my lungs had grown and had spiculated margins. I had a bronchoscopy and biopsy a few weeks ago, but we didn’t get enough of a sample to determine whether the carcinoma cells they found are lung cancer or metastatic breast cancer in the lung. So, I will have another bronchoscopy on Aug. 1. Praying they get a really good sample so we can figure out exactly what this is and how to treat it so we can get treatment started.
