Change of Plans

So, today I found out that I will not be having a second bronchoscopy to get tissue to biopsy on Aug. 1. The nodule is in too hard of a place to reach in my lung, so we are going to try a CT guided biopsy with Interventional Radiology. They will go in through my back. 😬 I meet with IR on Monday, and I will need to get some blood work ahead of the procedure. I am hoping that they can get a good sample, and I am hoping they can schedule me ASAP to get some results and get treatment going. My cough is getting worse and is keeping me up at night, along with some anxiety. Will let you know what I learn on Monday. I am feeling better now that there is a plan again. The sun is out today, and I am feeling in a better place today!
