Mindful Me!

I wasn’t going to post until after my port revision tomorrow, but I got my Mindful Lettering book that I ordered in the mail today. So excited to start practicing! It’s all about living in the present, and it’s something I want to get better at. My mind still wanders to the future a lot, and I want to focus on the present. Going to Adoration every Tuesday helps me to focus on the present and to still my mind and open my ears. My mom went with me to Adoration today, so it was nice. I have some nausea again today, but the medicine helps, and, aside from the nausea and my daily afternoon naps, I don’t even think about having cancer. I don’t feel like I have cancer. So, these few weeks before my scan have been a blessing as I can just live a normal life and enjoy each day. And each day forward, I plan on practicing a little mindfulness through lettering.
