Post Port Post
I got my port revision today. They flipped it back and tacked it down this time. Makes me feel better because God only knows what I did to flip it, and I was afraid I would do it again. I was half-awake for the procedure again, but it went really well. Not much to report today other than that it was a successful procedure. I am ready for Chemo #4 next week, and it will be the start of Cycle No. 2. I have noticed that I am coughing less. Don’t know whether that is a sign the Chemo is working or not, but hopefully it is. Came home and took another long, hard nap. I have to learn to appreciate these daily forced naps instead of getting irritated that I lose part of my days. Maybe I just hate losing time with my mom and sister right now. It has been so nice having them here. Two of my dad’s cousins, and two of my favorite people, are coming to visit on Friday, so I am looking forward to that, so I am particularly glad I have this Friday off of chemo. I anticipate feeling pretty good till my next Chemo, next Friday, so if you don’t hear from me till then, everything is going well!
