Celebrate Good Times, C'mon!πΊπΆ
I am so happy at Chemo today! 1) Because Cristina is here with me, and 2) I tested positive for the immunotherapy, which means I am starting it today!! So, so thankful for this opportunity. ππ»π€π» I will continue with my chemo every week, and the immunotherapy will be given every two weeks. I am feeling good. The nausea subsided over my week off, and I am just tired. Needed a nap again yesterday afternoon, as I do pretty much every afternoon. My hair is still hanging in there. Will be interesting to see if I lose what is left now that I have Chemo again today. I am actually hoping I will lose it now because the baseball hats are getting extremely itchy on my thinning scalp. But I am not going to shave it until I have to. Oh, my doctor says I will have a scan after Cycle Two, which starts today and runs for the next four weeks or after the third cycle. In the meantime, I will just enjoy each day hoping and believing that this immunotherapy will do its job! And I will thoroughly enjoy my time with Cristina for the next couple of days!
