Yay!

I strongly believe in the power of positivity. And I strongly believe in the power of prayer. Thank you all for all your prayers, good vibes, positive energy, etc. — They worked!

Yesterday, after reading my scan report on the patient portal, I was a little nervous because two lymph nodes in my neck showed up larger than the previous scan, and a small area lit up in my neck right where I’ve been having pain for the past several months, the area I have been going to the chiropractor for help with for a reason other than cancer. But after meeting with my oncologist this morning, I am relieved. He feels pretty certain that it is inflammation in my neck, not cancer, and that that is causing the pain. I haven’t been to the chiropractor since Covid, so maybe it’s time to go back. He recommended a scan in three months instead of six just to be sure. I feel good about that. So, if the spot is just inflammation, that means this was another clear scan! Thank God! Will write again from my next chemo appt. Stay safe and healthy, everyone!
